Results of the 10th ICMA Award
Number of submissions
With 427 works there was a record participation this year.
The submissions came from these countries
Entries from 26 countries show that the ICMA Award is very well established throughout the world.
Participants came from these countries: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Korea, India, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Romania, Czech Republic, Faroe Islands, Finland, Great Britain, Poland, Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
The corporate media sector continues to be strongly influenced by submissions from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. However, there are also prize winners from the USA, Finland, South Africa and Italy.
Best of Show for the first time
For the first time, the jury awarded a main prize in two categories: Best of Show. In Custom Media it goes to the B2B magazine “Think: Act” by Roland Berger, Axel Springer Corporate Solutions agency.
For logos and corporate identities, the award goes to “Roadmap to Freedom”, developed by the Barite agency in The Hague, the Netherlands. The Identity is used for an event series with jazz concerts and theatre performances celebrating 75 years of freedom in the Netherlands.
More Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards
Compared to previous years, more gold, silver and bronze awards were presented. From this it can be concluded that the number and quality of entries has increased again.
